I only work with chocolate from Callebaut and use Cacao Horizons to adopt a sustainable approach. From all the chocolate I buy, part of it goes directly to the cocoa farmers. In this way I help to improve their living conditions.
I do not make any concessions for the other ingredients. Quality and taste take precedence in everything I do. For example, I only work with real vanilla pods and ensure local ingredients get the attention they deserve.
